We have selectively bred chickens to create a wide array of colors from our flock. The breeding and laying of the colored eggs only affects the outer shell of the eggs, not the taste or inside color.
We have a mixed flock of ducks that lay rich eggs that are higher in fat content making them ideal for baking and frying.
Our quail eggs are a delicacy that few people experience in their daily lives. Most people taste quail and quail eggs in select dishes served in restaurants. We provide that ability right at home. Quail eggs are tiny but truly delicious.
We collect eggs daily from our flocks to ensure the freshest possible selection to our customers.
